VI3ION FRANCHISE FROM CABLE-METER SYSTEM3 OF CAL.,
3 INC., TO KING VIDEOCABLE COMPANY.
4 II BE IT RESOLVED BY Tf~ MAYOR PRO 1'EM AND CITS' COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
5 LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS:
6 WHEREA3, on the Sth day of July, 1974, the City oP Lake Elsinore,
7 California, did adopt Resolution No. 1478 setting a public hearing on
8 ,7uly 22, 1974, at 7:30 P::M. in the Council Chamber in the City of Lake
9 Elainore, CaliTornia, £or the purpose of considering an application for
10 transfer of the cable television franchise from Cable-Meter Systems of Cal.,
11 Inc., to King Videocable Company;
12 WI~REAS, the public hearing was duly held on July 22, 1974, at which
13 time testimony was received from the represenxatives of Cable-Meter Systems
1¢ of Cal., Inc., and KinB Videocable Company;
15 WF~REAS, it appears that it is to the best interest oP the City and
16 the inhabitants therein that said franchise be approved for transfer.
17 NOW, THEREFORE, $E IT RESOLVED by the Mayor Pro Tem and the City
18 Council of the City of Lake Elsinore that the application for transfer of
19 the cable television from Cable-Meter Systems of Cal., Inc., to King
2~ Videocable Company, be approved on condition that the transfer oP said
21 cable television be executed on or beYore 3eptember 1, 1974, and that a
22 written communication be received from King Videocable Company, that said
23 sale has been completed and that they agree to be bound by all the terms
24 and conditions of Ordinance No. 498 of the City of Lake Elsinore, California.
25 PAS3ED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
26 City of Lake Elsinore, California, held on July 22, 1974.
