RESOLUTION N0. 1476 '
1 BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY OE LAKE ELS~~kNORE requests
Z participation in Award 74/3095 to Union 0i1 Company by the
3 Riverside County Board of Supervisors for the purchase of
a lubricating oils and greases from July l, 1974 through
5 June 30, 1975.
6 BE IT FURTAER RESOLVED that the City Council of the
7 City of Lake Elsinore approves the following terms and -
$ conditions relating to participation in the County contraqt
9 for lubricating oils and greases:
10 1. Will make all purchases in its own name, for
11 public use only;
12 2• tiTill be responsible for payment directly to the
vendor and for tax liability, and will hold the
13
14 County harmless therefrom; :
15 3• Has not and will not have in force any other
16 contract for like purchases;
17 4. Has not obtained and does not have under consider-
18 ation written bids or quotations from other vendors
19 for like purchases. ,
