2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LA%E ELSINORE, EXTENDING THE COMPLETION DATE FOR
3 THE UNDEftGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1

5 WHEREAS, Resolut3on No, 1423 of the City Council of the Ciky of
s Lake Elsinore, created an underground utility district in the vicinity of
7 the interaection of Lakeshore Drive and Riverside Drive, and
g WHEREAS, some items of materisl needed Yor the construction have not
9 been delivered ~s anticipated, and
10 WHEREAS, clne to manufacturer's problems and transportation difficulties,
11 delays are foreseen which will not allow enough construction time to meet
12 the original completian date set forth.
13 NOR', THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
14 Lake Elsinore does hereby approve,' the request 8E the Southern California
15 Edison Company for an extension of three (3) months in which to complete
16 the pro,ject.
17 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk shall mail a copy hereof
];g to the Southern California Edison Company, ths General Telephone Comgany,
lg and the Elsinore Area T.V. Cablevision.

21 day of February, 1974, by a majority vote.
