A RESOLUTION aF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY dF
LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, ORDEItING THE CANVASS
OF THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD ON
THE 5TH DAY ~ MARCH, 1974 TO BE MADE BY THE
CITY CLERK ~ TNE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE.

WHEREAS, a regular general municipal election will be held and
conducted in>.the City o£ Lake Elsinore, County of Biverside, State of
California, on Tuesday, the Sth day of March, 1974, as required by law;
and
WEIERTsAS, the City Council of said City desires the canvass of said
election to be made by the City Clerk of said City;
NbtiY, THEREFORE, THE CYTY COUNCYL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE,
CALIF09tNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLaNS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 22932.5 of the Elections Code
of the State of California, the canvass of the regular general municipal
election to be held in the City of Lake;;ElSinore, County of Riverside,
State of California, on Tuesday, the Sth day of March, 1974, is hereby
ordered to be made by the City Clerk of the City of Lake Elsinore.
SECTION 2, That the City Clerk of said City shall prior to the 12th
day of March, 1974, complete the canvass of the regular general municipal
election to be held in said City on the Sth day of March, 1974 and shall
certify the results to this said City Council on the 12th day of March, 1974.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of th3s resolutio:i; shall enter the aame in the book of original
Resolutions of said City, and shall make a minute of the passage and
adoption thereof in the records of the proceedings of the City Council of
said City, in the minutes of the meeting at which the same is passed
and adopted.
SECTION 4. That this resolution shall take effect immediately.
