A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE,
CALIFORNZA, FIXING FILING FEES FOR TENTATIVE
MAPS, FEES FOR FINAL CHECKING UNDER FINAL MAP~ -
AND FEES FOR IMPROVEMENT PLAN CHECKING AND
~ INSPECTION CONBTRUCTION FEE$ AS PROVIDED FOR
UNDER THE LAND DIVISION ORDINANCE, BEING
ORDINANCE NOo-529.
THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OE LAKE ELSINORE,
CALIFORNIA, DO HEREBY FIX THE FOLLOWING FEES IN CONNECTION WITH
ORDINANCE N0, 529, LAND DIVISION ORDINANCE OF THE CITY, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l: TENTATIVE MAP FILING FEE
4,7 Filing Fees - A fee for the examination of the tenta-
tive map shall be paid at the time of its filing to be deposited
into a General Fund, as follows:
A. Subdivision Tentative Map -$125e00 plus $5.00
per lot other than lots to be dedicated or
conveyed for streets, alleys, easements, and
other public purposes, except that when the map
is for a condominium, the fee shall be $125.00
plus $10000 for each gross acre within the
boundary of the map.
, B. Revision to Acreage - $125000 -
Ca Minor Land Division Tentative Map -$75,00 plus '
$5.00 per lot other than lots to be dedicated
or conveyed for streets, alleys, easements, or
other public purposes,
D, Revised Tentative Map - To conform to the
conditions of approval of the Initial Map -
No fee.
SECTION 2: FINAL MAP CHECKING FEES
5011 Final Map Checking Fees - The land divider sha11 pay
a final map checking fee to the City at the time the final map is
first submitted to the City Engineer for the checking and processing
of the final mapo The checking fee sha11 be.for the amount as follows:

A. Subdivisions -$125.00 plus $5000 for each lot
except for condominium, the fee shall be $125000
' plus $40,00 for each gYOSS acre included within
the land division boundary,
B. Minor Land Division -$125,00 plus $5.00 for each
lot,
C. Revision to Acreage -$125,00 for maps to Yevert
subdivided lands to acxeage,

D. Revised Lot Lines - An additional fee of $5,00
peY lot shall be paid for revised or rechecked
lot lines,
E. Boundary Recheck -$25.00 foY rechecking of
land division boundary or street centerlines.
SECTION 3: IMPROVEMENT PLANS CHECKING AND INSPECTION FEES
6,14 Improvement Plan Checking Fees - At the ti.me the
improvement plans are submitted to the City for checking and approval,
the land divider sha11 deposit with the City a Plan Checking Fee in
an amount equal to 1% of the estimated construction cost, The
City Engineer shall approve the cost estimate and such estimates shall
be based on reasonable up-to-date costs for comparable improvements
in the City,
6.16 Constzuction Inspection Fees - The land divider shall
deposit with the City a Construction Inspection Fee fox the inspection
of the construction of the improvements in an amount equal to 3 1/2%
of the estimated constYUCtion cost,
SECTION 4: The City Council is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of this Resolution,
ADOPTED by the Mayor and City Council and signed by the
