WHER,EAS a General Municipal Election is to be held in the City of Lake
Elsinore on Tuesday, March 2, 1976, and
WfiIItEAS it is the deslre of the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore
to utilize the services oP the Riverside County Election Department with the
- services of their vote counting machines, r_.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT &ESOLVED, that the City Council Chambers, 130 South
Main Street, Lake Elsinore, is hereby designated as the Central Counting Center
for the General Municipal Eleetion to.be held March 2, 1976.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVE~ that the Riverside County Election Department is
hereby requested to furnish the necessary vote counting machines and personnel
for said counting, which expense will be paid by the C1ty of Lake Elsinore.
PASSED, APPROVID AND ADOPIED this 24th day of November, 1975.

RESOLUTION NO. 75-56
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE, ADOPTING
A REPORT OF THE CITY ENGINEER.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Lake
Elsinore has made a street survey throughout the City, and
WHER~AS, the City Engineer finds that 90~ or more
of the Select System of Streets in the City of Lake Elsinore
have been constructed,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Lake Elsinore does adopt that report of the
City Engineer.
APPROVED, ADOPTED AND SIGNED this 24th day of
November 1975.
