A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITP
OF IAKE ELSINORE APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE
gUpGET FOR THE 1975-1976 FISGIL YEAR AND
APPROPRIATING Fl1NDS THEREFORE,
q~~~S, pursuant to the provisions of Section 37208 of the Government
Code, xhat certain document entitled ~~Budget E'iscal Year 1975-1976 City of
Lake Elsinore'~ on file in the office of the Clty Clerk, is hereby approved as
the budget Pot the City of Lake Elsinore Yor the Piscal year 1975-1976 to the
extent of the totals set Yorth for bond redemPtion and interest requirements,
the totals set forth for each capital improvement pro~ect and the totals set
Yorth for each of the various other'funds; and
H+I{EREAS, the following sums are hereby appropriated Prom each of the
following Eunds for the purpose oE carrying on the business of the City:

WfiEREAS, this resolution adopts the budget Yor the fiscal year 1975-1976
and,
{yHEREAS, the City Manager, upon recommendation of the Finance Director,
may transfer funds within, but not between, each of the functional appropria-
tions of the General Fund as required to achieve the purpoae of this function;
and
WHEREAS, the Council, from time to time, by motion or resolution, may
approve and authorize the payment of non-budgeted demands Yrom appropriated
funds; and iaay appropriate funds for budgeted or non-budgeted ltems, and any
such appropriation for a non-budgeted item shall conatitute an approval to
issue a warrant in payment of a proper demand or demends therefore,

NOW, TIiESEFORE BE IT RESOLVBD that the Yollowing are fixed as the amounts
of revenue to be derived from property taxes:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FUR.THER RESOLVED TNAT the City Clerk shall cause
this resolution to be published once within fifteen days after ite passage
in the Elsim re Valley Sun, as re9ulred by Bection 36933 of the Government
Code; shall certify to the adoptlon and publication of this reeolution, and
shall cause this resolution and her certificatlon, together wlth proof of
publication to be entered in the Book of Resolutions of this City.
NOW, Tf~ItETORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVID T1~AT this resolution, being a
resolution appropriating funds needed for the usual and current expenses of
the City, shall become efYectlve and in full Yorce immediately upon its
passage.
