RESOLUTION N0. 75-33
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE TO RESERVE SB 325
FUNDS EOR ARTICLE 4.
BE IT RESOL~7ED that the City Council of the £ity
of Lake Elsinore requests that the City's SB 325 funds for
Fiscal Year 1975-1976 ($31,384.OA) be reserved for Article 4.
. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said funds be reserved
until such time as the appropriate Items under Paragraph 5.4
of the Guideline for Filinq SB 325 claims are prepared and
submitted to the Southern California Association of
Governments.
APPROVED BY THE MAYQR AND THE CITY COUNCIL on the
- i 11th day of August 1975, and signed-by the'Mayor and attested
to by the City C1erk this ilth day of August, 1975.
