A RESOLUTION OF' TH~: CITY CdUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LAKE SLSINORE, CALTFOI2NIA, STATING THE RESULT OF
THE CANVASS OF ELEGTION RETURNS OF THE SPECIAL
ELECTION HELD MAY 27, 1975, CQNCERNING "N0. 21-
LINGOLN STREET."
WHEREAS, tMe Cifiy Council of the City caf Lake Elsinore,
California, bp Resolution No. 75-13, duly c~lled and provided
for the holding of a special election on May 27, 1975, in the
territory therein described and proposed ta be annaxed to the
Gity of Lake Elsinore, fos the purpose of submitting to the
qualified voters of the territary the proposition set forth in
said Reeolution and herein~fCer stated; and
WHEREAS, notice of said @LECt~OT! W83 chaly and r~gularly
given in ti,me, form and manner as provided by I~w, and said election
was on said dete duly held et the pollin~ place designated in said
Resolution, and the votes cast ti~erest were canvassed and tMe
reCurne Chereof made at the time and in the manner and form
provided by law; end
WHEREA3, on the 2nd day of June, 1975, said CiCq Couneil
has duly assembled at iCS usual place o~ meetfng and has canvassed
the returns o€ said election;
NOW, THBREF~tE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IAKE ELSIN+~tB,
GALIE'QRNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINF A1VD ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That ttse special eZection for the purpose of
sabmitti~g to the voters oE aforesaaid territory the proposition
hereina£ter set forth was dix].y held on Mgy 27, 1975, and the votes
cast thereat were duly and regu~arly canvaseed en8 the returns
thereof made at the time and in th~ form and msnner required by l~w.

SECTIOH 3. For the purpose of holding said election Chere
was eatablished one (I) voting precinet comprising all of said
Cerritory, Whereas there were no more then 304 persons registered
to vote in aaid precinc~, pursuerct to Sections 22032 end 14620.5
o~ the Electiotts Cade of Che State af Califarnia, there was no

SECTION 4. That a8 a result af said election, a mejority
of the qualified voters vatin~~ on ~aid proposition did vote in
favor CHereof, and that said proposition was earried, and shall
be deemed adopted and r~tified.
