WHER:'AS, the said City,.pnrsuant to 3ection 39576.5 of. the Govern--

report for each separate parcel of land reguired by Section 39574 of
the Government Code of the State of California.

said weed abatem>nt to the various property owners upon ~ahi.ch said pur-

WHEREAS, the City Council~of the City of La}:c El.sinore~, California,
did cause to be set a hearinq at the City Flall in the CSty of La}:e

notice of said hearing was given to the respective property oomer.s as
provided hy law. _

WHEREAS,. at said meeting be£ore the City Council.of said City,
the City Council did accept the report of the contractor;
.NOW, THEREEORE, BE IT.RESOLVED.
1. .That the.City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore, California
' does hereby confirm the repdrt made by the contractor together cvith the
itemized written report and bill for each separate parcel o£ land requ~ed
by section 39574 of the Governmen~ Code of the State of Cali~ornia.

Riverside County Auditor-Controller and shall be made a part of the tax.
assessnent unless paid prior to filing, and be made a part of the tax rolls
including a recording fee of $15 per parcel, a11 in aecorclance ~~.ith S~ct.ions
39578, 39579, 39580 and 29583 of the Government Code.of the State of Ca1i-
fornia and other provisions of la~v applicable thereto_ Said~ report is beiny
filed with the County Auditor for the reason that the County T.ssessor and
Tax Collector of said Riverside County perform the function of assessing pro-
perty and collecting the taxes of said City.
