WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elsinore employs the Riverside County
Sheriff's Department as it's duly authorized Law Enforcement Agency, and
WFIEREAS, in the routine performance of its law enforcement activities
for the City, the Sheriff's Department is called upon to enforce all the
provisions of Title S, Chapter 5.28, Section 5.28.180 of the Lake
Elsinore.Municipal Code, which pertains to the regulations of cardrooms/
registration of empl.oyees, and
WHEREAS, said section requires routine fingerprinting of certain
employees of cardrooms operating in the City of Lake Elsinore,
~autfiorizes the Riverside Courity Sheriff''s'Department, acting as"it''s Iauit'

' Enforcement Agency, fo fingerprint certain employees of these cardrooms in j~
~printing,.photographing and identification cards~,~~~.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall become effective
and in full force immediately upon its passage by the City CounciL
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of November, 1977.
