g BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lake
,¢ Elsinore, State of California, in regular session assembled on
5 August 25, 197II, pursuant to Section 5.24.130 of the City of
g Lake Elsinore P4unicipal Code, that, effective September l, 1978,
ry the schedule of maximum rates that may be charged for ambulance
g services for one patient shall be as follows:
9 1. Response to call $ 60.00
10 Z- "4ileage Rate: Each mile or fraction
11 Thereof 2.75
lg 3. Time Rate: Except where an ambulance is hired on a
13 stand-by basis to provide service in case a person should become
lq ill or injured, for each 15 minute period or fraction thereof
15 waiting time or stand-by time at the request of the person hiring
16 the ambulance, 7.50
lq 4. Request for serviee after 7:00 P.M. and before 7:00 A.L~.
lg of the next day wi11 be subject to an additional charge of_ '
19 11.00
20 5. Cases requiring oxygen shall be subject to an additional
27, maximum charge of 11.00 :
22 6. Emergency cases requiring use of red light and siren
23 shall be subject to an additional charge of 22.00
24 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the schedule of maximum rates
25 for ambulance service adopted by this City Council by resolution o
2g April 11, 1977, is hereby repealed.
27 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk shall mail a copy of
2g this resolution to the ambulance service permittee in the City of_
