A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORI22NG THE DEPART-
MENT OF GENERAL SERVICES OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS.
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council~of the City of Lake Elsinore,
does hereby authorize the Office of Procurement, Department of General Services
of the State of California to purchase certain miscellaneous supplies and
equipment for and on the behalf of the City of Lake Elsinore pursuant to Section
14814, Government Code, and that Donald Langton, Superintendent of Public Works,
is authorized and directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and other
documents in connection therewith for and on behalf of the City of Lake Elsinore.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of October, 1979.
