A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE
ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA PRO~IDING FOR THE PUBLISHING OF
ORDINANCE SUMMARIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH GOVERNMENT
CODE SECTION 36933 (c)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE.
Henceforth, a summary of all proposed Ordinances and adopted
Ordinances shall be prepared by the City Clerk, or other official
designated by the City Council, and published and posted in the manner
described by Government Code Section 36933 (c).
SECTION TWO.
Notwithstanding Section One, the City Council may direct
that a specific Ordinance be published in it's entirety in the
manner described by Cnovernment Code Section 36933 (a).
SECTION THREE.
This resolution shall take effect immediately.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of August, 1982.
