~~~~ RESOLUTION ~OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE AUTHORIZING

THE FILING OF A FORMAL LOAN APPLICATION TO THE UNITED
'' STATES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE FARMERS HOME
ADMINISTRATION; AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO
SIGN ALL DOCUMENTS THAT ARE NECESSARY TO EXECUTE
THIS LOAN.
THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE does resolve as follows:
7. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to represent the City of
Lake Elsinore regarding the hereinafter described program.
2. To enter into a loan agreement with the United States Department of
Agriculture Farmers Home Administration in the amount of $300, 000
for the water system improvements.
3. That said loan agreement with the United States Department of Agriculture
is hereby approved.
4. That the designated representative is authorized to sign for and re-
ceived on behalf of the City of Lake Elsinore any documents relating
to said program.
