RESOLUTION OF CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LARE ELSINORE STIPiJLATING
THE ELSINORE VALLEY COMMUNITY DE-
VELOPMENT CORPORATION A5 CONTRACTOR

FUNDING AND IDENTIFYING THE CITY
2 MANAGER AS PR0,7ECT MANAGER

4 WHEREAS, the City of Lake F.lsinore has entered an agree-
5 ment with the Calif.ornia Department of Housing and Community
6 Development for the Deferred Payment Rehabilitation Loan
7 Program"(SB 966/AB 333/SB 229)", and;

g WHEREAS, the City o£ Lake Elsinore has retained the
10 services of the Elsinore Valley Community Development
11 Corporation as contractor to perform the services required
12 under the Deferred Payment Rehabilitation Loan Program, and;
14I [9HEREAS, the City ~aishes to streamline the reporting
1511 process.
16 NOW, THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED, that the City Tdanager
17 as Project Manager is authorized to sign Requests for I'unds,
18 Requests for Administrative Funds, and Amendments on behalf
lg of the City.
20 BE IT FURTHFR RESOLVED, that the City authorizes the
21 Department o£ Fiousing and Community Develonment to identify
22 tfie Elsinpre Valley Community Develo?~ment Corporation as
23 Payee acting as an Agent of the City for the purpose of
2¢ receiving and depositing .f.unds.
28 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 9th day
