AND'REQUESTIN& THAT THE COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE PROVIDE SUCH A-PATH ON ITS PORTION OF THE CORYDON ROAD RESURFACING.PROJECT. ' WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of La'ke Elsinore has, g by unanimous vote, indicated its approval of a joint project to do certain 7 street resurfacing'on Corydon Road within the corporate limits of the City; 8 and =_ 9' "WHEREAS, the City Council has also budgeted for the installation 1'0' of a bike trail on its side of the street as part of the Corydon Road 11" ~ resurfacing project; and 12 WHEREAS, the City Council fias agreed in concept with the Lake 13 Elsinore Valley Park and Recreation District that a bike trail along the 14 lake per9meter would be beneficial to the transportation and recreation 15 needs 'of the City and County residents of this area. 16 'NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Gity Council of the City 17 of`Lake"Elsinore wishes to strongly recommend and encounage the County of 18 Riverside`to provide a similar'bike path'on"its side of+the street as part 19 of the joint City/County project for the resurfacing of Corydon Road. 20 ' APPROVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this"23rd day of Fe6ruary, 1982. 21 22 23 24 25 26 _ 27 ' ~$ ATTEST: 29 30 ` I l1~ Anr i~ P~ l U ~lanuel A. That the compensation of the persons hereinbefore named 2 as precinct board members is hereby fixed at the sum of $36.00 dollars for each 3 Inspector and $30.00 dollars for each Judge and Clerk for said election. The 4 rental for each of such polling places, where a charge is made, shall be the 5 sum of $15.00 dollars for said election. When required, the compensation of 6 the Custodian of a building shall be $6.00 dollars for said election. 7 SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and 8 adoption of this Resolution; shall enter the same in the book of original 9 Resolutions of said City; and shall make a minute of passage and adoption 10 thereof in the records of the proceedings of the City Council of said City, in 11 the minutes of the meeting at which the same is passed and adopted. 12 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTE~ on March 9, 1982. 13 14 15 ' 16 18 17 `-C~~%~__1~~ 19 erry H.
