A RESOLUTION OF~THE CITY COUNCIL OE THE CITY
OF LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA PROVIDING GUIDANCE
AND DIRECTION TO STAFF AND THE PUBLIC WITH RE-
SPECT TO RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS DURING
THE MORATORIUM.
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elsinore has adopted an
ordinance declaring a moratorium on residential development projects.
WHEREAS,~ministerial approvals consisting of Planning
Department, Engineering Department and Building Department review of
compliance with existing codes and ordinances shall continue.
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED; that discretionary approvals
of Design Review Board, Planning Commission and City Council shall not
be granted during the moratorium. Tentative discretionary approvals
may be granted by the Design Review Board, Planning Comr.mission and
City Council, subject to the right of such Board tb add further con-
ditions to the final discretionary approval upon the expiration of
the moratorium.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED; all tentative discretionary approvals
are advisory only, and are subject to change at any time during the~
moratorium.
