A RESOLUTION OF THE CiTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE
ELSINORE ESTABLISHING A AEVISED DATE FOR THE JOINTPUBLIC `
HEARING WITH THE REDEVELOP MENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF LAKE
ELSINORE TO CONSIDER`THE PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENTPLAN AND AN
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR THE REDEVELOPMENTPROJECT.
WHEREAS, pvrsuant to Section 33355 of the California Health and Safety Code, the
City Covncil of the City of Lake Elsinore may establish a joint public hearing with the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Lake Elsinore with the purpose of considerirg the
Redevelopment P lan; and
WHEREAS, the City Council previously established a time and date for the joint public
hearing with the Redevelopment Agency and now wishes to revise that date to provide
greater opportunities for participation; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to hoid a joint public hearing with the
Redevelopment Agency to consider the proposed Redevelopment Plan and the Environmental
Impact Report for the Rancho Laguna RedevelopmentProject No. II on July 11, 1983.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Covncil of the City of Lake Elsinore does resolve as
follows:
Section 1. That the. City Cooncii hereby reseinds the previously established joint
public hearing and establishes a revised joint public hearing with the Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Lake Elsinore, to consider the proposed Redevelopment Plan and the
Environmental Impact Report for the Rancho Laguna Redevelopment Project No. II.
Section 2. That svch joint public hearing be heid on Jvly 11, 1983, at the hour of 7;30 P.M.
in the Machado Elementry School Auditorium and that the Exeeutive Direetor
take all appropriate actions and notify those persons required to be notified by law of sueh r
public hearings including publieation of the legal notices regarding sueh hearing.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolvtion.
