' A RESOLUTION OF
, THE CITY COUNCIL OF
'i THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA
', AMENDING THE BUDGET
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1986/87 I~
WHEREAS, Resolution 86-50 adopted by the City Council on July 8, I
1986, amended, approved and adopted the Budget for Fiscal Year 1986/87;
, and,
, WHEREAS, the City Council has made further amendment to said
I budgets as set forth in Resolution Nos. 86-60 and 86-64; and,
', WHEREAS, the City Council desires to make certain additional
amendments to the budget.

' NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE, '
CALIFORNIA DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE AND DECLARE AS FOLLOWS: '
j SECTION 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 86-64 is hereby amended by

, deleting Subsection C and adding a~~ew Subsectior~ C to read as follows: ',

SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall cause this resolution to be published
once within fifteen days after its passage, in the Lake Elsinore Sun-
Tribune as required by Section 36933 of the Government Code.
