A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCTL OF THE CTTY
OF LAKE ELSTNORE, CALTFORNIA, ESTABLISHING
FEES FOR ABATEMENT OF CERTAIN WEEDS, RUBBISH,
REFUSE AND DTRT AND OTHER UNAUTHORIZED FTLL
MATERIALS AS DEFINED TN SECTION 39560 OF THE
GOVERNMENT CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
AND ORDTNANCE N0. 532 TO COVER COST OF WEED
ABATEMENT PROGRAM AND ADMTNTSTRATION OF SAME.
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elsinore incurs certain costs associated
with the Weed A6atement Program and the administration of same; and
, WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elsinore desires to establish fees which
, repre~ent the reasonable cost to the City for the processing and annual admin-
istration of such Program; and
', WHEREAS, with this type of program, it 6as proven to be cost effective
~ in that it is a"user fee system;" and
WHEREAS, the re.venues collected minimize the cost of the Program and
personnel;
` NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 6y the City Council of the City of
' Lake Elsinore, Californi;a, as follows:
