RESOIUPION OF Tf~ CITY COUNCIL APPR~VING
Tf~ INGINEEF2' S"REPORI"' FOR ANNUAL LEVY
OF ASSESS[~NT F1~R FISCAL YEAR IN A DISZRICT
WIZ~ SAID CITY AND FOR Tf~ ANNEXATION OF
ADDITIONAL TERRITORY ~ SAID F~STIlQG DIS'lRICP
Wf~RF,AS, the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF IAKE ELSINORE, CALSFbRN7A,
pursuant to the provisions of Division 15, Part 2 of the Streets and Highways
Code of the State of California, did, by previous Resolution, oxder ~he
preparation of an Engineer's "Repor.t" for the annual levy of assessments, and
for the annexation of adclitional territory to the existing District,
consisting of plans arxl specifications, an estimate of the cost, a diagram of
the district, and an assessment relating to what is now ]mown and designated as
CITY OF LAI~ ELSINORE
IAD1DuCAPING AND STREET ISGfPPING DISTRIGT
(hereinafter referred to as the "District"); and,
Wf~RE',AS, there has now been presented to this City Cotmcil the
~~Report~~ as rsquired by said Division 15 of the Streets a~l Highways
Code and as previously directed by Resolution; and,
Wf~RE~AS, this City Council has naa carefully examined and reviewed
the ~~Report+~ as presented, and is satisfied with each and all of the items and
doc~nnents as set forth therein, and is satisfied that the assessments, on a
preliminaiv basis, have been spread in accoxr3ance with the benefits received
from the maintenance to be performed, as set forth in said "Report.°1
NOW, 'I~~REFORE, IT IS F~REBY RESOLUED AS F'OLTAWSe
SECPION l. ~`riat the a}~we recitals are all true and correct.
SECPION 2. That the "Report" as presented, consisting of the
following:
A. Plans and specifications;
B. Estimate of cost;
C. Diagram of the District;
D. Assessnent of the estimated cost;

is hereby approved on a preliminary basis, and is ordered to be filed
in the Office of the City Clerk as a permanent record and to remain open
to public inspection.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of this Resolution, and the minutes of this meeting shall so
reflect the presentation of the Engineer's "Report."
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of May, 1986,
upon the following vote:
