RESOLUTION N0. 87-79
A RESOLUTION TO THE CITY COUNCIL ',
OE THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE
DESIGNATING THE LOCATION OF CERTAIN
STOP INTERSECTIONS AND DIRECTING '
THE PLACEMENT OF CERTAIN STOP SIGNS
MACHADO STREET AND JOY STREET '
WHEREAS, Section 10.16.030 of the Lake Elsinore Municpal Code provides
for the designation of stop intersections by resolution of the City Council
upon the making of certain findings; and,

WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds and determines that the I
placement of stop signs at the intersection listed below is necessary to i
facilitate the flow of traffic and or prevent traffic conflicts;
WHEREAS, said findings are made subsequent to receipt of a traffic ,
i
engineering report summarizing traffic survey data relative to said
i
intersection. '
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of '
Lake Elsinore that the intersection set forth below is hereby designated
a stop intersection and the Director of Public Services is hereby ',
directed to place and maintain stop signs at one or more entrances to said
intersections as herein specified, and that this Resolution shall take '
effect upon the placement of said signs. ~I
