A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE
DESIGNATING THE LOCATION OF ,
S AND '
CTION
NTERSE
CERTAIN STOP I
DIRECTING THE PLACEMENT OF
CERTAIN STOP SIGNS
,
WHEREAS, Section 10.16.030 of the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code provides i
for the designation of stop intersections by resolution of the City Council;
and, i
WHEREAS, said Section exempts certain findings of need based upon traffic
surveys and reports demonstrating same, for those intersections where stop
signs have already been placed; and, I
WHEREAS, stop signs have already been erected at the locations identified I;

, on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lake
I Elsinore, that certain intersections set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto ~I
,
and made a part hereof, are hereby designated stop intersections and the i
', Director of Public Services is hereby directed to place and maintain stop si9ns
, at one or more entrances to said intersections as specified in said Exhibit. I
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all prior Resolutions of the City Council
- authorizing and directing the placement of stop signs are hereby superseded
and repealed. i
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED on this 25th day of August ,
