Home My WebLink AboutCC Reso No 1987-17RESOLUTION NO. 87- 17 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 86 -45 PERTAINING TO COMPEN- SATION AND SUPPLEMENTARY BENEFITS FOR PROFESSIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE EMPLOYEES OF SAID CITY FOR FISCAL YEAR 1986/87. WHEREAS, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Lake Elsinore (City) and the Professional/ Administrative Employees of the City was approved in June of 1986; and WHEREAS, certain changes to said (MOU) have been forth in an Amendment to said MOU and are set f (MOU) proposed attached hereto and made a part hereof. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore, does hereby find, determine and declare as follows: 1. That Resolution No. 86 -45 is hereby amended to reflect the changes set forth herein. 2. That the classes of employment, compensation ranges and salary schedule for all Professional/Administra- tive Employees of the City for the remainder of Fiscal Year 1986/87, are hereby amended as set forth in the attached Amendment to the Memorandum of Under - standing between said parties. 3. That the effective date of these amendments and this resolution shall be April 1, 1987 4. That, in the event said effective date is inconsistent with the effective date proposed in the MOU Amendment, said effectivity shall be subject to concurrence by the Professional /Administrative Employees and said MOU Amendment shall be revised accordingly. The first two digits are listed in the first vertical column on the left and the third digit is listed horizontally across the top of the matrix and identifies the appropriate column. This three -digit range number locates "A" step of the range. Steps B, C, D and E, are found in that column directly below "A" step. EXAMPLE: "A" step of range 324 is found to be $1011 by moving down the left column to the number 32 (the first two digits of the range number), then horizontally to column 4 (the third digit of the range number).
