The c~ty Clerk ~s hereby d~rected to g~ve not~ce of the Publ~c Hear~ng and of the passage of the Resolut~on of Intent~on and th~s Resolut~on by caus~ng such not~ce to be Il publ~shed in the des~gnated newspaper of the Assessment D~str~ctl pursuant to Sect~on 6066 of the Cal~forn~a Government Code, at least 20 days before the date set for the hear~ng of protests, ~n the t~me, form and manner prescr~bed ~n Sect~ons 10303 and 10304 of the Act SECTION 1.
