Home My WebLink AboutCC Reso No 1988-44 RESOLUTION NO 88-44 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, MAKING DESIGNATIONS AND APPOINTMENTS TO FULFILL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORM DUTIES FOR SPECIAL ASSESSMENT PROCEEDINGS WHEREAS, the c~ty Counc~l (the "C~ty Counc~l") of the G c~ty of Lake Els~nore (the "C~ty") ~s cons~der~ng the format~on of an assessment d~str~ct, pursuant to the Mun~cipal Improvement Act of 1913, being D~v~s~on 12 (commenc~ng w~th Sect~on 10000) of the Cal~forn~a Streets and H~ghways Code, for the construct~on of certa~n public works and ~mprovements and acqu~s~t~ons, ~f necessary, (collect~vely the "Improvements"), as generally descr~bed ~n Exh~b~t A hereto WHEREAS, the lands to be spec~ally assessed for the Improvements shall be ~ncluded w~thin an assessment d~str~ct des~gnated ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO 87-2 (SHOPPERS SQUARE) n (the "Assessment D~str~ct") WHEREAS, the City now des~res to make certa~n des~gnat~ons and appo~ntments to fulf~ll respons~b~lit~es and perform dut~es ~nc~dent to the assessment proceed~ngs ~n the form and manner requ~red by law NOW, THEREFORE, the c~ty Counc~l of the c~ty of Lake Els~nore does hereby resolve as follows SECTION 1.
