A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE DETERMINING
THAT A STREET EASEMENT IS UNNECESSARY FOR PRESENT OR
PROSPECTIVE PUBLIC USE ANDI. VACATING SAID EASEMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinor~
desires to vacate a street easement pursuant to the procedures set
forth in Streets and Highwavs Code Section 8320 et s~., said easement
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at tr2 Southwesterly corner of Lot "E"
as shown on the FAMLEE TRACT as recorded in Book 14,
Page 9 of Maps in the office of the County Recorder
of Riverside County, State of California;
Thence North 43° 13' 54" East along the south-
easterly line of lots E,F,G,H,I and J of said
FAMLEE TRACT a distance of 371.26 feet to a point
on ~he ~Ort.heasterly line of said FAMLEE TRACT;
Thence South 46° 51' 45" East along said North-
easterly line a distance of 60.00 feet;
Thence South 43~ 13' S4" West along the North-
westerly line of lots K,L,M,N,O and P of said
FAMLEE TRACT a distance of 371.38 feet to the
Northwesterly corner of said Lot "P";
Thence North 46° 44' 49" West a distance of
60.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
This parcel contains 0.51 Acres more or less.
AND WHEREAS, the ~ity Council of the City of Lake Elsinore
adopted a Resolution of Intention setting a time and place for public
hearing on said vacation; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to that Resolution of Intention, the
public hearing has been held and evidence submitted;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVFD by the City Council of the
City of Lake Elsinore as follows:
1. That the foregoing recitals are true and correct.
2. That based upon the evidence submitted at said public
hearing, the City Council hereby finds that the street easement
described in the Resolution of Tntention is unnecessary for present or
prospective public use.
3. That the street easement more particularly described
above is hereby ordered to be vacated.
4. That the City Clerk is hereby ordered to record this
Resolution of Vacation in the Riverside County Recorder's Office.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 23RD day of February
1988, upon the following vote:

STRIGOTTE
