A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE DECLARING ITS
INTENTION TO VACATE A STREET EASEMENT
AND SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING THEREON.
' WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore
has determined that a certain street easement is no longer
necessary to be utilized as a public right-of-way, said
easement being more particularly described as follows:
That portian of Collier Avenue and the Atchison,
Topeka and Santa Fe Railway adjacent to and
northeasterly of Lot 8 of Goodwin, Whitten and
Elliotts Subdivision, as shown by Map on File in
Book 4 Page 241 of Maps, San Diego County Records,
California, described as follows:
COMMENCING at the most easterly corner of said
Lot 8;`THEN~E''?Nbrth 46° 53' 13" West, along the
northeasterly line of said Lot 8, 30.00 feet to the
True Point of Beginning:
THENCE continuing along said northeasterly line
North 46° 53' 13" West 350.88 feet to a point on a
non-tangent curve concave northerly and having a
radius of 1243.00 feet;
THENCE southeasterly along said curve through a
central angle of 07° 26' 48" an arc length of 161.55
feet to a point of reversing curve concave southerly
and having a radius of 1157.00 feet;
THENCE southeasterly along said curve through a
central angle of 08° 13' 20" an arc length of 166.04
feet to a non-tangent point.
THENCE South 03°03' 31" East, 39.98 feet;
THENCE South 38° 23' 31" West 0.69 feet to the
beginning a tangent curve concave northwesterly and
having a radius of 470.00 feet;
THENCE southwesterly along said curve through a
central angle of 04° 43' 16" an arc length of 38.73
feet to the True Point of Beginning.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake
Elsinore desires to vacate said easement pursuant to the procedures
set forth in Streets and Highways Code Section 8320, et se~c.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE50LVED by the City Council of
the City of Lake Elsinore as ~ollows:
1. That the foregoing recitals are true and correct.
2. That the 23rd day o` February, 1988 at 7:00 p.m. is
hereby set as the time and date for a public hearing on the
matter of vacation of ihe above-described street. Said
public hearing shall be held at the City Council Chambers located at
130 Soath Main Street, Lake Elsin~re, California.

3. This Resolution of Intention shall be published one
(1) time per week for at least two successive weeks prior to said
public hearing and shall be posted at least two (2j weeks
prior to said hearing, pursuant to Streets and Highways Code,
Section 8323.
