WHEREAS, Section 2.04.020 of the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code authorizes
the City Council to establish and/or adjust the compensation and other benefits
of the City Manager, as they may determine appropriate; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to increase the compensation
of the City Manager.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. The City Manager shall receive a salary increase of six percent
(6%) effective October 1, 1987.
2. The City Manager shall receive a five percent (5%) cost-of-living
increase on January 1, 1988.
3. The City Manager shall receive a direct contribution to the City's
Deferred Compensation plan in the amount of five percent (5%) of
salary.
4. All existing terms and conditions of Resolutions No. 84-59, 85-32 and
86-41 shall remain in full force and effect.
