Trustee Graham that the Southern Sierras Pov~er Compaxuy be authorized to ir.-
stall four additional bracket street lights at comer of Franklin and East
dill, Pottery and Kellogg, Pottery and Lovrell, and on Lowell in front of`
Catholic Church.
