The monthly repcrt of the Chief of Pclice urns then presented to
the Board and upon being read by the clerk, eras on motion duly reade and car-
` vied, accepted-a_nd ordered filed.'

•that said potition be referred to the City Engineer r%ith instructim,s that
he be directed to make an investigation of said proposed district and report
' to the Board at its ne,.t rspulzr meeting. as to the feasibility of carrying
out the etehee of said-petitioners.

Trustee. Bell of the Street Corns•,ittee then reported to the Eoaxd of
work he had ordered done to drain standing:rater on low ground 'near Greharn
Ave. i.r_to Ter.,escal Ditch and stated that -the e:~ork was satisfactorily carried
out.
On motion of Trustee Graham .•^.nd seconded by Trustee Taylor, as2d
upon vote carried, the repori;~of Trustee Be1L was accepted: and approved.
Thereupon Resolution y'166 r;*as introduced and read being a resolution
of the Board of Trustees .employing c..rd-appointing Glenn Graham as the City
Engineer of the City of Elsinore and authorizing -the President of the Beard
paid the City Clerk to execute a certain contract of agreement subr.~itted by
• the said Gienn Graham for and on behalf of ia.e City of JE.sinci•e.
FRiereupon it was moved by Trustee L. B. Taylor end seconded by
Trustee Bell that Resolution -,•'r-'lo6 be passed and adopted,t:~hich motion
carried by the follo~:~ing vote.

Thereupon Resolution r==167 tw~as introduced and read, being a resolu-
tion of -the Board of Trustees accepting petitions for tA.e iral:,rovemen't of
poYVions of Pottery, Riley and Lil;r~ry $tro<;ts and directing the City Enc~-ineer
to prepare plans, speoifications ar.d necessary,proceedings to carry out the
desire of the petitioners.

Taylor that the Eoard approve of action taken by -the Fire Departr.?ent in
appointing Tom Boyle as their Fire Chief' wYrich motior. carried by the follow-
ing vote.

Thereupon Resolution~168 vras'intror'.uced and read being a resolution
of the Board of Trustee> authorizing the President of the Board -to execute. for
and in behalf of -the City of~lsino're twelve seriaC. funding bonds; the issuance
of which vaas authorized by resolution ~^165 and. further authorizing that the
City Clerk attest said bonds vrith his signature and the Cii;y Treasurer to
countersign said bonds and ~,vhen so executed said bonds to become valid obli-
gaticne of the City of Elsinore.

Thereupon there being no further bus~.ness to come before
the Board on motion duly made and carriod, the Board adjourned to meet in
regular session on t?ednesday Dec. 29-th at ti7e_hour of 9 a.m. in the City
Hall, the usual meeting place.
