Resolution 162 was then presentod to the Board being a Resolution of the Board of Trustees providing for the appointment of Eugene Best as City Attorney, and fixing his compansaticn at the sum of X50.00 per month which rasoluticn, upon mcticn of Trustees W. L. Everett and seconded by P. C. Graham was adopted by tree following vote. Ayes: Trustees L. B. Taylor, P. C. Graham, A. G. Keck, J. H. Bell and ~f~ L. Everett. Floes- None Absent: None. Bills as audited by the Auditing Committee were then presented to the Board and on motion duly made and on call vcte carried were a•dered paid and the clerk was instructed to issue warrants in payment of s2see.
