Pdayor A. G, Keck in the chair. Councilmen L. B. Taylor, P. C. Graham, A. G. Keck and J. H. Bell answered the roll call... lLbsent: Councilman P1. L. Everett.. The minutes of the tcvo previous meetings not being pre- pared, were passed for reading at the next regular meeting of the Council. :; _ _. A cornmunice.tion from the City of San Bernardino ryas then re:d, calling attention to the coming convention of the League of California ftdunicpalities to be l~ld at Sacramento and urging that the Ccv.ncil send delegate to said convection, with instruction that tire lend our support to bringing the 1925 convention to the City of San Bernardino. ti~lhereupoh, after due consideration of the matter by the Council, it was moved by Councilman Taylor and seconded by Councilman Graham, tl~.t the City Clerk be delegated to attend the coming convention of the League of California l~?unicipalities Hrith his expenses paid, which motion upon vote vras carried by the following frot e. Everett; The clerk thwl read a communication to the Council from Tom Boyle Building Superintendent, recommending certain changes in the Building Ordinance and the extension of the City's Fire Zorn: Whereupon, it vans moved by Councilman Taylor aid seconded by Coun- cilman Graham that the chair appoint a committee to meet with Building Superintendent Boyle to consider the suggested changes in the Euilding Ordinance, and Fire Zone and that said committee be authcriaed. to act, which motion upon vote eras carried. ~ The chair appointed the entire council as s: co*amittee in whole, to i meet with°the Building Superintendent. i f The clerk then reported to council that he had been requested by ' I~r.
