A regular meeting of the City C::uncil of the City of Elmore was
held on the above dale. The meeting was called to order at the hour of
_. ! 9 a.rn, with Mayor A. G. Keck in the chair. Councilmen Taylor, Graham, Keck,
and Bell; answered the xoll call;.. Absent :'.Councilman Everett.
The minutes of the previous meetings he]d on July 27th, Ang.. 3rd,
and 10th, were then read by the clerk and vn motion duly made and carried,
were approved-as read....
~ 'Thereupon, Resolution 180 was introduced and read being a resolution
providing for the sale of the City's garbage to R. t~iacy and authorizing the
Mayor and City Clerk to execute a contract covering the terms of said ales.
Upon motion of Couno lma,n Taylor. and seconded by Councilman Graham
j Resolution 180 was passed and :adopted by the following votie: ,

Thereupon the chair appointed Gounci.lman Taylor to serve upon the
Aud~.ting Conunittee in the absence of Councilman Everett:

C Bills as audited by the Auditing Committee were then presented
i to the Council emd on motion duly made and on call vote carried, were crdered
paid and the clerk was instructed to issue warrants :in paymsnt of same.
Thereupon there being no fur`Cher..business to come before 'the Council
on motion duly made and carried, Counc3 1 adjourned to meet in regu]a r session
on GJednesday, August 24th at tJne hogr.vf 9 a.m. in the:,Gity Hall, the usual
meeting place.
