A regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Ci~y of Elsinore
was held on the above date. The ne eting_dras called to order at the hour
of 9 a.m. with President A. G. Keck in tl~ chair.
Trustees Everett, Keck and Bell. answered the roll call,
gbaent: Trustees Taylor and Graham,
The minutes of the previous meeting not being prepared, were
passed for reading to the next regular meeting of the Board.
The Building Inspector's monthly report fa' the month of June was
then presented to the Board and on motion dzly made and carried, was ap-
proved and ordered filed.
Thereupon, the clerk read tl~ report of Water Superintendent
Dd. Harmon For the month of Ju}~e, Naidh report on motion duly made and
carried, was approved and ordered filed.
Ordinance 190 being an Ordinance providing far the maintenance
of life maving equipment at the. Lake Shore resorts was then presented to the
Board for first reading.
_Jpon consideration it was duly moved and carried,'that the chair
appoint a committee to make an investigation as to what items of equipmart
shall be provided fa' in said Ordinance<
The Chair appointed Tom Boyle. Fire Chief and self upon said commit
tee,
Tha Cleric then presdnted for first reading Ordinance.#1,91 being
an Ordinance prohibiting the playing of cards or other games for money, or
other representations of value.
Whereupon it was moved by Trustee Everett and seco nded by Trustee
Bell that Ordinances #190 and #191 be bald over for second reading and
passage to some later meeting of the Board, which motion upon vote was
carried.
In the absence of Trustee Graham of the Auditing Commnittee, the
chair appointed Trustee Bell to serve upon said w mmittee.
Bills. as audited by .the Auditing Committee were then presented to
the Board, and on motion duly made and on call vale carried, were or dared
paid and. the clerk was instructed to issue warrants.. in payment of same.
Thereupon there berg no further business in come. before the Board
on motion duly made and carried, the Board adjourned to meet in regular
session on Wednesday, July 13th at the hour of 9 a.m, in the City .Hall,
the usual meeting place,
