A regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City of Elsinore
was held bn the 'above date, The meeting was called to order at the hour of
9 a.m. with President A.'G. Keck in the chair.
• !Trustees L: 'B. Taylor, P. -0. Graham, ~. G.` Keck, J. H.: Bell and
CV. L. Everett answered the roll call.
Absentro None::.
- Iliinntes of the previous meeting held on-May 18th not:being prepared
were-passed for reading to the-next regular meeting of the Board.

- The monthly report of the Polce•Departtent was then-presented to 'the
Board, and. on motion duly made and carried, was :approved and ordered=filed.
`Thereupon on motion bp-Trustee Taylor and a-second by Trustee
Everett and on-vote carried, it -was ordered that.tYie sum of ~9.D0 be allocaed
ktrs. Catt to apply on payment of+bill for repair of -sewer line-to her property

Due to the filing of complaints against the keeping of poultry
and-rabbits for commerciab purposes -within the restricted', zones as provided
for by Ordinance, it was moved by Trustee Graham and seconded by Trustee
Everett that the clerk be instructed to noti:fp in writing all psrsons who
were not. complying with the Ordinance to at once remove all poultry and
rabbits from the restricted zones.
Upon vote motion carried. •
Thereupon on motion by Trustee Taylor and a second by Trustee
Everett and upon vote carried;-it was-duly-authorized-that t he Ghief o'f
Police be permitted to hire two extra police fcr duty-on Say 29th and'
30th and June 4th and 5th.
Thereupon it was moved by Trustee Everett and seconded by Trustee
Graham that Assistant 9Pater Superintendent A.• F. Hardy be granted a 10.00
~ per month increase in salary or a salary of X135.00 per month.
Upon vote motion carried.
Cloyd Craft; Hortcultural'Inspeetor, then appeared before the
Board and adviaed that"i:t would again be necessary this 'year to spray the
city umbrella trees for-red spiders, also to spray the'"puncture vine,'-and
asked that he be granted the Bosrd's cooperation in this work.
1~]hereupon it was moved by Trustee Taylor and seconded by Trustee
"~ Everett that Ivtr. Craft be authorized to care fir the work of spraying for
red spider and puncture vine,. and the expense of said work to be Fe id by

Upon vote motion carried.

adopted which motion was carried by the following vote.

Thereupon the Board's Attorney presented Resolution #195„-a proposed
' resolution of Intention to provide for such modified work to be assessed upon
the district above referred to. ,
S9hereupon,it was moved,Uy.Trustee Be1L and seconded by Trustee
Graham that: map of Country Club Estates, Unit #5 be approved and., accepted
i ;which motion :upon vote was unanimously carried.
Bills as audited by the i~uditing Committee were then presented to
the Board and on motion duly made7and on call vote carried„ vaere ordered paid
and 'the..elerk was instructed to issue warrants in ;payment of Game......
Thereupon there being no further business to come before the
Board, on moticn duly made and carried, the Board adjourned to meet in
regular session on Ydednesday, June l,st at the hotr of 9 a.m., in the City
Hall, the usual meeting place.
