Pdinutes of the p; evious meeting not being prepared ire-re passed over
for reading to the next regular meeting of the Begird.
The Treasurers montkyly report eras then p esented to the Board and
on mction duly made and carried, was accepted and ordered filed.
In the absence of Trustee- Graham of the iauditing Corunittee the
chair appei.nted Trustee Taylor to serve in the ~uditin;; of bills.
Bills as audited by 'c'tie Luditing Cmnmittee ~~rere then presented
to the Board and cn mo-tion duly made end on call vote carried were cv'dered
paid r+nd the clerk was instructed to issue erarrants in payment of svne.
Thereupon there being no further business to come before the Board
on ::lotion duly made a:nd carried, tie Beard adjourned to meet in regular
