A regular meeting of the Board of T<ustees of the Cit}~ of Elsinore;
vras-held cn the above date; the meeting was called to order at the hour of
9 a,m, vritli President A. G. Keck in the cha9.r,
Trustees L. B. Taylor, P. C. Graham, A. G. Keck, J.H..Bel1 and
Vl. L. Everett answered the roll call, Absent: None.
t~iinutos of the previous meeting held on Feb. 9th were then read by
the cler's and on motion duly made and carried, were approved as read,
A vrritten proposal from the first National Bank offering 4~o interest
on tiire deposit of four months' or more, on the inactive funds of the City
was then recd by the clerk, The offer cf-the Elsinore State IBank
of 3z~o interest cn-time depcsi.ts of four months iras also presented to 'ths
Board by the clerk.
Gfne-reupcn it was moved by Trustee Taylor and seconded by Trustee
Grahasn that the offer of the First National Barnh of 4j interest be acceptted
end. that the clerk be instructed to transfer the inactive funds of the ci;y
to a terra deposit of four months,
Upoi1 vote motion unanimously carried.
The Glerlc then 33eported to the Board that he had interviewed the
aarious oil compen ies of the City regarding the City's purchs-se of gasoline
and presented to the Board the different propositions submitted.
1Phereupon efter due consideration of same it eras moved fiy ^lrustee
Graham and seconded by Trustee Everett that gasoline fer the City be per-
chased from the Standard Cil Company, to be delivered to cars at their
plant.
Upon vote motion carried,
