Harman filed a.t the previous meeting of the Board t°ras then brcu~ht up for consideration and upon being questioned as -to his fin~1 decision in the. matter, P;Ir. Harrion st~it~ad that if it vans the v;i~ of the Board that he continue as Io'ater Superintendent, he m~culd consent to remain. l'Raereupon it eras moved by Trustee Taylcr and seconded by T~:ustee Bell that I;r. Harmon's resignaticn be rejected a:nd that he be instructed to continue as 17ater Superintendent, vrhich motion upcn vote resulted as follcws: Ayes: ^lrustees Te.yler, Graham, Keck nd Bail. Moos : None. .~osent: 1'7. L. Everett. Thereupon it saes moved by Trustee Taylor a:nd seco~:ded_by Trustee Bell that the application of A. F. Hardy be accepted and that he be appointed- o the position o,f Assis-c .:t Wt~.ter' Superintendent end his salary to be filed at 4,12j.00 per month, vrhich motion upon vote resulted <s follovs: Ayes: Trustees Taylor, Gx•ahra:r,-Keck and Bell.
