-the Board asking that they be gr..nted c+. permit to r.:ark off a private
parking space in front of their building; ~:nd upon due considera.ticn of
same, it trs moved by Trustee Taylor and seconded by-Trustee Graham _,

Resoluticn i~ authorizing the President of the Board a.nd the
City Clerk to execute on behalf of the -0ity a certain lease covering the

Tlie resignation of dater Superintendent Li. Harman filed a.t the
previous meeting of the Board t°ras then brcu~ht up for consideration and
upon being questioned as -to his fin~1 decision in the. matter, P;Ir. Harrion
st~it~ad that if it vans the v;i~ of the Board that he continue as Io'ater
Superintendent, he m~culd consent to remain.

T~:ustee Bell that I;r. Harmon's resignaticn be rejected a:nd that he be
instructed to continue as 17ater Superintendent, vrhich motion upcn vote
resulted as follcws:
Ayes: ^lrustees Te.yler, Graham, Keck nd Bail.
Moos : None.

Thereupon it saes moved by Trustee Taylor a:nd seco~:ded_by
Trustee Bell that the application of A. F. Hardy be accepted and that
he be appointed- o the position o,f Assis-c .:t Wt~.ter' Superintendent end
his salary to be filed at 4,12j.00 per month, vrhich motion upon vote
resulted <s follovs:
Ayes: Trustees Taylor, Gx•ahra:r,-Keck and Bell.

to the Board a.nd upon motion duly made and upon call vote carried, were
ordered paid and the clerk vras instructed to issue warrants in pa~n:ient of
~ same.
Thereupon, there being no further business to come before
the Board on motion duly made end carried, the Bo`+rd adjourned to meet
in'regular session on 69ednesday,-Feb. 16th at the hour of 9 e~.m, in the
