A regular adjourneu meeting of the City Council of the City of '.~+lsinore was held
on the above :date.. The meeting was called tcorder at the Hour of ; p. re. with Rriayor
A. G. Keck in the chair. Councilman I1. Gallagher, it.,H. irlesner, H. C. Lang..^,taff, L. A. F.
,Rues and .A.: G. Peck ay~swered the roll call.
Absent: None.

The Clerk then presented to Council a convnunication from Gegrge P.. t7a.de Co.
Consulting t~ngineers inviting Council to consult with $hem on matters of Liunicipal 7~n-
gineering '

e!+nereugon at wa.s duly movod and carried that the corynunication be rceivea and
ordered placed on file.
A communieaticn from the ,Calif. ;: ectric Sign Co. submitting specix"ications
and price on_(3~i electrical-roa:d signs .f or the City of ;;lsinorc- was then presented to
Council and on motion duly made and carried-said coannunication rtes received and. ordered
rlaced on file.
The Clerk then presented to Council a zina.ncial statement showing balances in
.the various City Funds and total balance in Banlc as of Ncv. 1st.

Ardinance ;x`198 being an Ordinance granting to the So. Calif. Gas Co. a fran-
chise and nrii•ilegn was then presented to"Council and read for its second and f9.na1 reading.
:`1Hiereupon it was moved by Councilman •i- es and seconded by Councilman Gallagher
that Ordinance ~~193 be passed and adopted rahic'_n motion r;~as carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilman Gallagher, F~lesner, Langstaff., ?s4z.es, and Keck.
Nees: RSone.
Absent: i7one. '
Council then tools u_;: for ccnsideration the balance in'_;usae Sp. Road Fund and all
obligations to bs paid out of sale Pund havizag been satisfied it raae movod by Councilman Rues
a.nd seconded by Councilman fasner that it be autirvrized that the y698.G1 balance in the
Sp Road Fund be transferred by v/arrant to the Special Street i~und which motion was carried
by the fol:loe+ing vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Gallagher, ;'Le seer, Langstaff, I;aes, and tie Cli.
Noes: None.
I:bsent: None.
b`. Harman ?'ater Supt. than rsported to Council that the old 1';a'ter main on
Graham Ave. r•.~as in bad cend.ition ~:nd suggested that it is advisable to abandon this line
instead of replacing it and using one of the nee six inch lines now in place on Graham 3~ve.
and not being used, by cutting this line into 'the cid syst<;m.

Langstaff and seconded by Councilman Gallagher 'that isl. Harman ti9ater Supt, be au$lxcrized
to cut the 6 inch new line on Grahaan Ave. not used into the old. system as noosed which
motion upon vote wets unanimously carried.
_ Council then tool. up for further consideration the opinion of Atty. Best
.regarding. to liability for failure to construct high water reservoir according to plans
