A regular meeting of .the City Council of the Cit}r oc Elsinore was held on ~
the above date. The meeting was called to order at the hour of ~ p. m. v.~ith fYayor ~
A. G, Kec'r, in the chair. -
.Councilmen H. Gallagher,. H. C, Langstaff, L. A. F. PSaes and k. G. Keck
answere¢t the. roll call.
.Absent: Councilmen TJecner.
ll4iriutos of the previous meeting held on Sept. 11$h vrere then road by the
Clerk and on motion duly made and carried were approvsd as read.
.The Clerk then presented to Council a cornnunication from ~?tty. Se}nnour
representing fairs. Ids B. Jones a property ovarzer on Franklin Street calling attention
to street fill m«de.in front of_her property and claiming damage therefrom with
request that. Council take action to correct the matter. -
t"?hereunon it eras moved by Ccuncilman Gallagher and seconded by Councilman
Langstaff. that the matter be referrdd.to the street cozmnittee with instructions that
they take the matter un with the Sully P:4iller Contracting Co, and reouest them to do
the necessary work to place said street in a satisfactory condition, and that the Clerk
be instructed to r.^.ply to Atty. Se}nnour's lettsr and advise him of Councils action

The Clerl: when presented to Council a petition signed by a majcrity of the
property ovmers fronting on East Gra.Pzaan 11ve. requesting Council to institute pro- ',
coedings for the improvement of Bast ^u--sham Ave. bet+rreen Main St. and Chestnut St.
i~hereuoon it was moved by Ccuncilman Gallagher and seconded by Councilman
P;Yacs that the petition for the improvement of East Graham Is.ve. be referred to the
City Engineer for checking, with instructions that if same is found. regular he be __ -,:. .::::
authorizedto proceed with the necessary work, which motion upon vote w«s unanimously

.Thereupon the Clerk presented to Ccuncil a petition asking for the im- _
provement of Ellis St. and Lcokout St. between Flint and 1:4inthorn Sts. vaith a sevrer
line.

Council then took up for consideration the matter regarding to the repair
of the high crater reservoir and after some discussion en the matter it eras mewed by
Councilman Langstaff and seconded by Councilman LGall.^~3ze?^~that Councilman L. A. F.
Mass be.authorizad to contract a, hydraulic engineer to ascertain the cost of making
an investigation of the condition of reservoir, and to make report of same to Council
st some future date, rahich motion eras on vote unanimously carried. ',
.Bills as aaudited by the auditing coznrnittee were then presented to Council ~ _
and on motion du~.y made and on call vota carried were ordered :raid and the Clerk was
instructed to issue warrants in pa}•znsnt o:' same.
