to crhich Council adjourned zt its last meeting ::held on Augr~~h the Council Chamber
was regularly oprned, the Clerk and Councilman H. Gallagher being present.
The date filling upon a legal holiday snd no quorum being nre~ent Coun-
cilman Gallagher adjourned the meeting to the hour of 7 p, m. on Tuesday Sept. 11th
to be held in the city hall the usual meeting place.,
