Whereupon it was moved.by Couneilmaxi Bell ezid accord ed by 6ouncilmrxr .Taylor #hat ~hepreposed bridg®'improvement.for;Sumner_Straet be referred.,„to City Pngineer for a diagram and estimate of cost of a i2 foot3arch concrete b bridge, with instructions that he submit same to Mr. George Griner with petition to be cite-elated for signatures of property owners in the district favoring the improvement, which motion upon vote carried, The clerk then called to cound:l's attention that there would be avail- able in City's funds abort ~l$,000.OQ that could be placed on time deposit to 3uly 1st. Whereupon it was moved by Councilman Taylor and seconied by Counmil- maa Bell, that City Treasurer be authorised to transfer inactive funds .to a time deposit-and to submit same to the lmcai banks fcm their offer of,interest rate on .time deposit o$ said funds fora perimd of four months, which motion carried by the following vote.
