Council then took up for further consideration the manor of
installing an aireating tank: and fountain at the City ParY.. t9hereupon
it was. moved by Councilman Merrifield and seconded by Councilman
Gallagher that L..P16, waddell's bid oS 85.00 for installing a 150 gallon
tank of 24 gunge iron and. fountain compIDete be accepted .and that he be
ordered to install same. at.tk!e band stand: in the City Park, which
motion was carried by the following vote r
.Ayes: Councilmen Gallagher, Bu'rnLam, P4errifield and Keck.

The Clerk then reported to Council. that Vf. T. Moxley has of--
fered to rent the old city hall building at a.rentaL of X15.00 for the
first month and $20.00 per month thereafter.

-, by Councilman Burnham that-the Clerk be authorized"to rent the old city
hall building to P1. T. &?ozley at rental. of X15.00 for he first month
and X20,00 per month thereafter, which motion upon vote was unanimously
carried.::
:7hereupon it was moved by, Councilman Merrifield and seconded by
Councilman Gallagher and on ¢ote' unanimously-oarried that the Clerks
request for a weeks vacation be granted.
Bills as-audited b5r'the auditing committee were then presented
to Council and on motion duly ml?de and on call vote carried were
ordered paid and the Clerk war' instructed to issue warrants in paymont
of same.'
