Council then took up for further consideration the manor of installing an aireating tank: and fountain at the City ParY.. t9hereupon it was. moved by Councilman Merrifield and seconded by Councilman Gallagher that L..P16, waddell's bid oS 85.00 for installing a 150 gallon tank of 24 gunge iron and. fountain compIDete be accepted .and that he be ordered to install same. at.tk!e band stand: in the City Park, which motion was carried by the following vote r .Ayes: Councilmen Gallagher, Bu'rnLam, P4errifield and Keck. Noss: None.:: fbsent: Councilman Langstaff, The Clerk then reported to Council. that Vf. T. Moxley has of-- fered to rent the old city hall building at a.rentaL of X15.00 for the first month and $20.00 per month thereafter. '~mereupon it was moved by Councilman I4ierrifield and seconded -, by Councilman Burnham that-the Clerk be authorized"to rent the old city hall building to P1. T. &?ozley at rental. of X15.00 for he first month and X20,00 per month thereafter, which motion upon vote was unanimously carried.:: :7hereupon it was moved by, Councilman Merrifield and seconded by Councilman Gallagher and on ¢ote' unanimously-oarried that the Clerks request for a weeks vacation be granted.
