The Clerk then presented to Council a ccm;aunication from John Bren-
necke regarding to the property adjoining Spring St. weich 'the City wishes to
acquirer fcr a municipal pier in tivhich he requested that he be furuisiisd cvitix a
map sho~~n_ng the sxact ;portion of lot the City tvc;.ld need and also that i't be
staked out on the property sp that he might have a clear understanding of its.
location.

Councilman '7Jesner 'that. the City Engineer be instructed to survey and stake
off that portion of T?sr. Brenneckes lot which the- City tivould need for the pro-
posed pier and also toprepare a E,Iap designating thereon said parcel to be
submitted to Fifr. Brennecke, which rao'tion upon call vote was unanimously car-
ried.
The Clerk then read a coc~xunication from the Railroad Commission
received in response to-the filing cf an applica_ticn for permit to change
location of fiailroad Crossing D?o. 2T-23.2 so as to lies u_n with avenue Six
of the Fe.~er,Grovc Tract in which

made uaith ^Sap attached sheering in detail just what the proposed change in-
volves.

lots in the City of Elsinore, c•;hich bid tress X155,00 for numbering the entire
City and :'105,00 for numbering .all of the city except the Elsincrer'.eign'ts and
