Absent: Councilman L, A. :. L:aes. Minutes of the previous meetings held on r^eb. 11th and Feb. 25th etere then read by the Clark and-on rooti.on duly wade and carried were approved as read. The Bldg. SuEit's monthly re~:ort for Feb. vns then presented to Coun- cil and on motion duly made a.nd carried arcs accepted and-ordered filed.
