Thereupon the C1erY, presented to Council a comrnu;lica.tion from Ed. Fuizk,
u:~ith reference 'to his lease of the City sewer farm calling attention to p'rasent hay
market conditions and reques'ti.ng Councils consideration of the rna,t£er of granting
him a reasonable reduction in rent for the- coming year.
V~Ya.ereupon after Councils consideraticn of tl;e matter it voas moved by Council
man Gallagher, and. seconded by Counciima.n Rice, that it .ire authorized to ~ra.nt
Nr. Funk a 0100,00) reduction in rent on the .City seLt~er farm for the year of 1932,
which motion upon voto vra.s carried.

the City be limited to the Garbage Collector•vrhich motion upon note v'~as unanimously
carried,
The Clerk then presented. to Counci]. his annual detailed report of thefin-
ancial transactions of the city covering the fiscal ye;r from Feb, ls't 1;31 to

City Engineer D,R, Crane then reported to Council on the progress being
made in t'_ne construction of the addition to the City Water reGervoir, stating

concrete on next Thursday,

The chair then called to Councils attention that the Treasurers Boi2d ia.s
fixed at (~"10y000) and stated. that he considered -this araount greater than ~;a.s
necessary and suggestted a. reduction ir_ the aiuount to (~j000),.

motion duly made and carried, Council adjourriad to meat in regular session on
