A regular adjourned meeting of the City douncil of the
j City of Elsinore was held on the above date. The meeting was
• ~ ~al].ed,to order at the, hour of 7 o'clock P.M.,with Mayor
,~ C. ~.. Lovejoy in the Chair.
Councilmen: 0. B. Sheane, Geo. $. Morton,,,Jr. and C. ,;i.
Lovejoy answered the roll call.
-Absent:• Councilmen:- H. Gallagher and S. M. Rice.
Reading of the minutes of the past two ~resious meetings
of Council waswaiyed;by-the-_Chair-to.the neat. regular meeting

'Nhereupon at the request of the Chair the Clerk reported

today, stating that a certified copy oP the bids received.
were filed with him for the purpose of determining .and approving t
the lowest responsible bidders that we secure from the two

statement .to be; submitted to his office for 'the purpose of
determining the,lovrest responsible bidders and that we would be
obliged to defer the award of contracts until he required
agreement was executed with the Federal Government.
Thereupon there being no further business to come before _
the Council it was duly moved and, carried that Council adjourn
Ito meet in regular session on Monday, January .8th, 1934 at
the hour of 7 o',cloek P.M.,in the-City Ha11 the usual meeting
