Councilmen Mi11s and.ROach agreeing to attend'said-meeting, and -the .Clerk was~ihe~~cted"to forward:e card-requeatixig°°reservatons: Thereupon the-Clerk presented to Council fqr approval the Treasurer's Agreement for active Deposit, the First National Bahk being d`esignatsd as the Depository. Whereupon it wee moved by Councilman Mills and seconded=by ~toa~rrslman Roach that the matter be referred to the City Attorney for approval; which motion upon ~ vote was carried. 1 Thereupon-the Clerk presented to each member of Council-his annual report covering the financial transactions of the-city for-the fiscal year from Feb. lst, 1935 to Feb.-let,., 1936. Whereupon it was moved by Councilman Mills and seconded by Councilman Sheane that .the Clerks aeport bs accepted with thanks, which-motion upom vote was unanimously carried. Thereupon Councilman Mills requested that. the Committee on Streets be continued, as-the proposed-work:ot draging has. not-been completed :and it was agreed by Council that the Committee be continued. Whereupon the Clerk-_preaehted-to Council the written report. of. Albert Flack, Whereupon.. C. .C.-,Jensen, a„representative of Inland Stages, appeared before Council and requested`tliat'Codneil'recind the. reaolation'recently passed endorsing the. application ;of the-San~,a_-Ee:H.. R. Co.
